Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan partisipasi warga RW 1 Desa Cacaban dalam pemeriksaan tekanan darah serta memperkuat peran kader dalam skrining hipertensi melalui pelaksanaan program “Ketok Rumah”. Program ini dirancang berdasarkan hasil musyawarah masyarakat desa yang menetapkan hipertensi sebagai masalah prioritas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup kunjungan door-to-door untuk pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan pengukuran IMT, edukasi singkat mengenai pentingnya deteksi dini, serta pendampingan kader dalam proses pengukuran dan pencatatan hasil. Kegiatan dilakukan pada 21 Mei 2025 dengan melibatkan kader posyandu sebagai mitra utama agar program dapat berkelanjutan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan meningkatnya keterlibatan warga dalam pemeriksaan tekanan darah, bertambahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai risiko hipertensi, serta meningkatnya kemampuan kader dalam melakukan pengukuran dan pencatatan kasus. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan door-to-door menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan akses dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap skrining hipertensi di lingkungan pedesaan.
