Pelatihan Aplikasi Panic Button Berbasis Android Bagi Warga Town House 99 Pop

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi panic button berbasis Android sebagai inovasi teknologi dalam mendukung sistem pelaporan darurat di lingkungan Town House 99 Pop. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah belum tersedianya mekanisme pelaporan darurat yang responsif, terintegrasi dengan informasi lokasi, serta mudah dioperasikan dalam situasi krisis. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan penanganan karena informasi kejadian dan posisi korban tidak tersampaikan secara optimal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, perancangan arsitektur sistem, pengembangan aplikasi berbasis Android, pengujian fungsional menggunakan pendekatan Black Box Testing, serta sosialisasi dan evaluasi penggunaan sistem kepada mitra. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) dan Location-Based Services (LBS) untuk mengirimkan notifikasi darurat disertai koordinat lokasi pengguna secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi fungsional dan memperoleh tingkat penerimaan yang baik dari masyarakat. Penerapan aplikasi ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efektivitas pelaporan darurat, penguatan rasa aman, serta peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis mobile.
