Edukasi Manajemen Stres dan Kesehatan Reproduksi di SMK Farmasi Cendekia Farma Husada Lampung

Masa remaja merupakan periode transisi yang rentan terhadap stres akibat perubahan biologis, psikologis, dan faktor sosial yang berlangsung secara bersamaan. Stres yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan hormonal serta kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai manajemen stres dan kesehatan reproduksi melalui pendekatan edukasi partisipatif berbasis sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMK Farmasi Cendekia Farma Husada dan diikuti oleh 30 siswa usia 16-18 tahun. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, praktik teknik relaksasi sederhana, serta penggunaan media poster edukasi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata pengetahuan dari 66,5% sebelum edukasi menjadi 88,25% setelah edukasi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan remaja terkait hubungan antara stres, regulasi hormonal, dan kesehatan reproduksi. Program ini dapat menjadi strategi promotif dan preventif yang dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah guna mendukung keseimbangan mental dan reproduksi remaja.
