Digitalisasi Evaluasi Pembelajaran: Transformasi Guru SDN Jatimekar I Melalui Optimalisasi AI Dalam Penyusunan Instrumen Soal

Integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam sektor pendidikan membuka peluang besar untuk mereduksi beban administrasi pendidik, khususnya dalam pengembangan instrumen evaluasi. Guru di SDN Jatimekar I Bekasi menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu dan variasi kreativitas dalam Menyusun bank soal yang adaptif. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini, dilakukan upaya penguatan literasi digital melalui pelatihan intensif pemanfaatan Generative AI (ChatGPT). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahapan utama: sosialisasi urgensi teknologi, workshop interaktif penggunaan prompt engineering, praktik mandiri penyusunan soal berbasis capaian pembelajaran, serta evaluasi dampak kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan pedagogis digital peserta, di mana guru mampu menghasilkan instrument penilaian yang lebih variatif secara efisien. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya membekali guru dengan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membantu guru belajar bagaimana menghadapi disrupsi teknologi di lingkungan sekolah dasar.
