Efektivitas Psikoedukasi Tekanan Sosial dan Coping dalam Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkoba pada Siswa SMPN 30 Semarang

Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja merupakan permasalahan yang memerlukan upaya pencegahan sejak dini karena dapat berdampak pada aspek psikologis, sosial, dan akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba melalui psikoedukasi yang mengintegrasikan materi tekanan sosial (peer pressure), coping, self-control, regulasi emosi, pengambilan keputusan, dan keterampilan asertif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMPN 30 Semarang dengan melibatkan 256 siswa kelas VII. Metode yang digunakan berupa psikoedukasi interaktif melalui ceramah, ice breaking, diskusi penerapan materi pada setiap pergantian topik, serta evaluasi menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test berbasis Quizizz untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 17,27 pada pre-test menjadi 19,80 pada post-test. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi yang mengintegrasikan aspek tekanan sosial dan coping efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terkait pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Program serupa dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan sebagai salah satu strategi preventif berbasis sekolah untuk memperkuat ketahanan psikologis remaja terhadap perilaku berisiko.
