Penguatan Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris Guru Sekolah Islamic Riau Global Terpadu melalui Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Digital Pembelajaran Bahasa

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris guru di Sekolah Islamic Riau Global Terpadu (IRGT) Pekanbaru melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa digital, yaitu English Pronunciation, Interpreter, dan Robin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis pelatihan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tahapan observasi, identifikasi masalah, perencanaan solusi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi utama, yaitu penyampaian materi mengenai pentingnya penggunaan aplikasi digital dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dan praktik langsung yang dipandu oleh tim pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dari 17 guru, mereka mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap aplikasi digital dan mampu mengintegrasikannya dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi serta keterampilan awal dalam menggunakan fitur pelafalan, terjemahan, dan latihan berbicara. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis digital efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, terutama dalam aspek pelafalan, pemahaman bahasa, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, sekaligus memperkuat literasi digital guru di era pendidikan berbasis teknologi.
