Abstract

Majelis Pembinaan Kesehatan Umum (MPKU) Muhammadiyah Kapuas menghadapi hambatan operasional layanan kesehatan di daerah terpencil akibat pengelolaan data manual, seperti tingginya waktu tunggu antrean, risiko kesalahan data, dan inefisiensi manajemen logistik obat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas operasional program pengobatan gratis melalui modernisasi sistem pelayanan berbasis Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) MPKU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui tahap persiapan, pelatihan (capacity building), dan evaluasi. Sasaran program meliputi 15 staf medis dan administratif serta 70 pasien penerima manfaat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi waktu, kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), kuesioner kepuasan, dan analisis dokumen logistik. Analisis data memanfaatkan statistik komparatif (Paired Sample t-Test), uji proporsi, dan analisis deskriptif.
