Abstract

Akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang komprehensif masih menjadi tantangan di tingkat masyarakat, terutama dalam upaya deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular dan pemanfaatan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memfasilitasi akses pelayanan kesehatan melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor antara Universitas Primagraha, Puskesmas Walantaka, BPJS Kesehatan KCU Serang, dan Pemerintah Kelurahan Pengampelan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif (Participatory approach) yang meliputi tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan, sosialisasi, edukasi Program JKN, skrining kesehatan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 59 peserta yang memperoleh layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan sesuai indikasi, meliputi pemeriksaan tekanan darah, gula darah sewaktu, profil lipid, konsultasi dokter, serta layanan administrasi BPJS Kesehatan KCU Serang. Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa 14 dari 59 peserta (23,7%) memiliki tekanan darah sistolik ≥140 mmHg dan 3 peserta (5,3%) memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu ≥200 mg/dL. Selain itu, layanan administrasi BPJS Kesehatan KCU Serang dimanfaatkan oleh peserta untuk pengecekan status kepesertaan dan konsultasi layanan JKN. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif dapat memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan sekaligus mengidentifikasi faktor risiko penyakit tidak menular sehingga mendukung upaya promotif dan preventif di tingkat komunitas
