Pendampingan Penyusunan Model Partograf Digital Adaptif Budaya pada Layanan Kesehatan Maternal ASEAN

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan maternal membutuhkan sistem pemantauan persalinan yang tidak hanya efektif secara klinis, tetapi juga sesuai dengan konteks sosial budaya pengguna. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memetakan persepsi, kesiapan, kebutuhan pengguna, faktor budaya, dan keterlibatan keluarga dalam pengembangan partograf digital serta mendampingi penyusunan model konseptual Culturally Adaptive Digital Maternal Monitoring (CADMM). Kegiatan dilakukan melalui preliminary assessment, edukasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam, dan sintesis partisipatif. Sebanyak 40 responden mengikuti preliminary assessment, terdiri atas 36 responden dari Indonesia dan 4 dari Malaysia; delapan peserta mengikuti FGD; dan satu informan kunci dari MAHSA University diwawancarai. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 95,0% responden menilai partograf digital penting, 97,5% mendukung pengembangan partograf digital berbasis budaya, dan 92,5% menyatakan keluarga berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan persalinan. Kebutuhan utama meliputi real-time monitoring, early warning system, clinical decision support, mode offline, integrasi rekam medis elektronik, dukungan bahasa, keterlibatan keluarga, dan antarmuka sederhana. Sintesis kegiatan menghasilkan model CADMM yang mengintegrasikan aspek klinis-digital, adaptasi sosiokultural, dan kesiapan implementasi sebagai dasar pengembangan prototipe partograf digital.
