Upaya Promotif dan Preventif melalui Skrining Kesehatan Dasar pada Warga Kelurahan Mangunharjo Kota Semarang

Penyakit tidak menular merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat karena berkembang kronis dan sering tidak terdeteksi pada tahap awal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan skrining kesehatan dasar, mengidentifikasi faktor risiko, dan memberikan edukasi singkat pada warga Kelurahan Mangunharjo, Kota Semarang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 27 Juni 2026 dalam rangka Bulan Bhakti Gotong Royong Masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pos layanan skrining. Sasaran adalah warga yang hadir dan bersedia diperiksa. Parameter meliputi berat badan, tinggi badan, indeks massa tubuh, tekanan darah, saturasi oksigen, lingkar perut, dan gula darah sewaktu. Sebanyak 34 warga mengikuti skrining; 79,4% merupakan perempuan. Rerata usia peserta dengan data valid 53,5 ± 10,5 tahun dan rerata indeks massa tubuh 26,7 ± 4,3 kg/m². Sebanyak 20 peserta memiliki indeks massa tubuh di atas normal, 20 terindikasi tekanan darah tinggi pada pengukuran awal, 24 memiliki lingkar perut berisiko, dan 5 memiliki gula darah sewaktu ≥140 mg/dL. Kegiatan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko PTM dan menjadi dasar pemberian edukasi serta anjuran tindak lanjut. Perubahan pengetahuan atau perilaku setelah edukasi tidak diukur.
