Abstract

Masifnya arus informasi digital di Kelurahan Sumur Pecung, Kota Serang, memicu maraknya konten viral bermuatan hoaks, disinformasi, dan doxing. Rendahnya literasi digital membuat warga rentan terjerat UU ITE dan memicu konflik sosial. Tujuan: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran etika hukum siber, membekali keterampilan memfilter informasi, serta mewujudkan lingkungan digital yang sehat di tingkat kelurahan. Pelaksanaan PkM menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan workshop interaktif yang diikuti oleh 50 peserta (perangkat kelurahan, kader PKK, dan Karang Taruna) pada Mei 2026. Aktivitas meliputi ceramah aspek hukum UU ITE, bedah kasus konten viral, simulasi cek fakta lewat gawai, dan pembagian pamflet edukasi. Kegiatan berjalan lancar dan interaktif. Pasca-kegiatan, pemahaman warga dalam memverifikasi berita meningkat hingga 85%. PkM ini berhasil melahirkan komitmen bersama antar-perangkat kelurahan dan menginisiasi pembentukan Sumur Pecung Fact-Checking Center berbasis pemuda sebagai pusat aduan hoaks lokal. Kesimpulan: PkM ini efektif menanamkan nalar kritis melalui prinsip "Saring Sebelum Sharing". Sinergi lintas generasi terbukti mampu membangun imunitas siber kelompok yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan
