Strategi Sehat dan Cerdas Menjaga Keseimbangan Fisik, Mental dan Kesehatan Reproduksi dalam Mencegah Burnout Menjelang UAP pada Mahasiswa Kebidanan

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir menghadapi berbagai tuntutan akademik, praktik klinik, penyelesaian tugas akhir, dan persiapan Ujian Akhir Program (UAP) yang dapat meningkatkan risiko stres akademik, overthinking, dan burnout. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan masih rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai burnout, strategi pengelolaan stres, pola hidup sehat, serta hubungan kesehatan fisik, mental, dan kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mencegah burnout menjelang UAP. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk edukasi kesehatan melalu penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktik teknik relaksasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 mahasiswa DIII Kebidanan yang sedang mempersiapkan UAP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pretest dan posttest serta kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil pretest menunjukkan 13 peserta (65%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang, 5 peserta (25%) cukup, dan 2 peserta (10%) baik. Setelah diberikan edukasi, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Kegiatan berlangsung lancar, peserta aktif mengikuti diskusi, mengajukan pertanyaan, serta memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap materi dan metode edukasi. Edukasi kesehatan melalui penyuluhan interaktif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai pencegahan burnout, pengelolaan stres, serta pentingnya menjaga kesehatan fisik, mental, dan kesehatan reproduksi sebagai persiapan menghadapi UAP.
