Abstract

Menarche merupakan bagian penting dari perkembangan reproduksi yang memerlukan kesiapan pengetahuan dan emosional pada siswi sekolah dasar. Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi sebelum menarche diperlukan untuk membantu siswi memahami perubahan tubuh dan menjaga kebersihan menstruasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan dan kesiapan siswi setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan flipbook SIAP MENARCHE. Kegiatan melibatkan 30 siswi SD Negeri 100890 Gunung Tua dengan desain pretest-posttest. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank untuk pengetahuan serta Paired Samples t-test untuk kesiapan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, ditandai dengan meningkatnya proporsi siswi dalam kategori baik dan tidak terdapat lagi siswi dalam kategori kurang setelah edukasi. Kesiapan siswi juga menunjukkan perubahan, dengan peningkatan pada kategori sangat siap dan penurunan pada kategori kurang siap. Uji statistik menunjukkan perubahan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan kesiapan (p < 0,001). Edukasi menggunakan flipbook SIAP MENARCHE menunjukkan perubahan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan kesiapan siswi dalam menghadapi menarche.
