Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Aparatur Desa dalam Meningkatkan Tertib Administrasi, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Digitalisasi Sistem Pelaporan di Kecamatan Sukamara

Aparatur desa di Kecamatan Sukamara, Kabupaten Sukamara, menghadapi kebutuhan peningkatan kapasitas dalam tertib administrasi, pengelolaan keuangan, pengarsipan dokumen, dan pemanfaatan sistem digital untuk pelaporan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk memperkuat kompetensi aparatur desa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi. Sasaran kegiatan meliputi kepala desa atau sekretaris desa, bendahara desa, kepala urusan atau kepala seksi, serta pendamping lokal desa, dengan estimasi 26 peserta dari delapan desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Sukamara. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah partisipatif dan pendampingan intensif melalui observasi dan koordinasi, penyusunan modul, workshop, praktik pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan, pendampingan lapangan, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, uji keterampilan, dan survei kepuasan. Solusi yang dirancang mencakup penyusunan prosedur operasional standar, sinkronisasi pencatatan dengan aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes), serta pemanfaatan penyimpanan awan dan dashboard pelaporan desa. Dokumen sumber memuat target peningkatan skor pengetahuan minimal 30%, 80% peserta mampu melakukan input data tanpa kesalahan, dan tersedianya modul serta dokumentasi. Namun, data numerik realisasi kegiatan dan hasil evaluasi aktual belum tercantum secara terukur dalam dokumen yang menjadi dasar penyusunan artikel ini.
