Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan menuntut pendidik tidak hanya menjalankan fungsi pembelajaran, tetapi juga mampu mengenali peluang, menciptakan nilai, berinovasi, dan mengembangkan kemandirian profesional. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat pemahaman pendidik mengenai edupreneurship melalui webinar “Edupreneurship: Membangun Jiwa Wirausaha bagi Pendidik”. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan berbagi pengetahuan melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi, refleksi, serta rancangan evaluasi pengetahuan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Materi mencakup konsep edupreneurship, karakter edupreneur, model usaha pendidikan, manfaat edupreneurship, dan strategi pengembangan jiwa wirausaha. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 85 peserta dan memberikan kerangka awal bagi pendidik untuk memahami edupreneurship sebagai bagian dari pengembangan profesional dan penciptaan nilai pendidikan. Karena rekap hasil pre-test dan post-test yang terverifikasi belum tersedia, artikel ini tidak menyimpulkan adanya peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta. Keberlanjutan program diarahkan pada lokakarya Business Model Canvas, pengembangan prototipe produk atau layanan pendidikan, dan pendampingan.
