Workshop Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Melalui Penerapan Pembelajaran STEM Berorientasi SDGs di Sekolah Dasar

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru sekolah dasar dalam kepemimpinan pembelajaran melalui penerapan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) yang berorientasi pada Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kegiatan workshop dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Suka Makmur, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dengan melibatkan guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan workshop dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai integrasi STEM–SDGs dalam proses pembelajaran, serta mampu mengaitkan materi dengan isu-isu keberlanjutan seperti energi terbarukan, pengelolaan sampah, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih terampil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sederhana dan mengombinasikannya dengan bahan lokal untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan aplikatif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis, tetapi juga memperkuat kepemimpinan guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran.
