Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa STIE KBP Padang mengenai perkembangan akuntansi digital cerdas dan relevansinya terhadap kepemimpinan, prospek karier, serta kesiapan generasi muda dalam menghadapi era transformasi digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui seminar interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan studi kasus yang menekankan penerapan teknologi akuntansi digital seperti akuntansi awan, big data, kecerdasan buatan, dan blockchain, dengan pendekatan partisipatif untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam simulasi dan sesi tanya jawab terkait keterampilan kepemimpinan serta strategi pengembangan karier di bidang akuntansi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang urgensi literasi digital dalam akuntansi, di mana mereka menyadari bahwa calon akuntan tidak hanya berperan sebagai pencatat transaksi, tetapi juga sebagai analis strategis yang mampu memimpin proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menumbuhkan motivasi baru bagi mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan kompetensi digital sebagai aset penting dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Program ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital dalam akuntansi membutuhkan kepemimpinan visioner, keterampilan adaptif, dan penguasaan teknologi informasi, serta menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa STIE KBP Padang telah memiliki kesiapan awal untuk merespons tantangan tersebut, meskipun pendalaman kompetensi teknis dan soft skills kepemimpinan masih diperlukan. Keterbatasan kegiatan ini terletak pada durasi pelaksanaan yang singkat dan terbatasnya cakupan peserta dari satu institusi, sehingga membatasi generalisasi temuan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi berupa wawasan praktis mengenai integrasi akuntansi digital dan kepemimpinan, sekaligus memotivasi mahasiswa untuk merencanakan karier secara lebih visioner di era Industri 5.0
