Abstract

Kesehatan mental dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Namun, banyak karyawan di sektor ini menghadapi tekanan kerja, kelelahan emosional, dan kurangnya dukungan psikologis yang memengaruhi kinerja serta kepuasan kerja. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan motivasi kerja karyawan melalui program pelatihan manajemen stres, komunikasi positif, dan penguatan nilai kerja. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi konseling kelompok, pelatihan interaktif, dan kegiatan reflektif berbasis pengalaman kerja sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran peserta mengenai pentingnya kesehatan mental, kemampuan mengelola stres, serta komitmen terhadap pekerjaan. Selain itu, peserta melaporkan peningkatan semangat kerja dan hubungan interpersonal yang lebih positif di tempat kerja. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah.
