Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat ruang kreatif berbasis komunitas melalui penyelenggaraan Majelis Akhir Pekan, sebuah festival seni yang memfasilitasi kolaborasi, partisipasi publik, dan peningkatan literasi budaya di Kota Pekan Baru. Pengabdian dilaksanakan oleh lima anggota komunitas undangan, terdiri atas dua seniman dan tiga pengelola program, yang berperan dalam merancang serta menyajikan dua instalasi interaktif, yaitu Sedia Payung Sebelum Hujan dan CGW. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi lapangan, koordinasi lintas-keahlian, perancangan karya partisipatoris, serta dokumentasi proses untuk menilai dampak program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam aktivitas kreatif, terbentuknya ruang dialog antara seniman dan peserta, serta penguatan literasi budaya melalui pengalaman interaktif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa festival seni berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi model pengabdian yang efektif dalam memperluas akses edukasi budaya serta mendukung pengembangan ekosistem seni lokal.
