Abstract

Kelompok Tani Fajar Baru menghadapi tantangan berupa tingginya biaya usaha tani akibat ketergantungan pada input kimia eksternal dan gejala degradasi lahan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok tersebut melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip Manajemen Green Economy guna meningkatkan efisiensi ekonomi dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang meliputi asesmen partisipatif kondisi baseline, serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis partisipatif (demonstration plot) tentang pembuatan pupuk organik cair dan konservasi sumber daya, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi dampak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan yang signifikan pada aspek ekonomi, yakni penurunan biaya tunai untuk pembelian pupuk anorganik sebesar 35-40% dalam satu siklus tanam melalui substitusi dengan input mandiri. Dampak ini menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi alokatif sumber daya internal kelompok. Dari aspek kelembagaan, terbentuknya petani pionir dan unit produksi input mandiri dalam kelompok Tani Fajar baru menjadi modal sosial dan ekonomi kunci untuk keberlanjutan program pasca-intervensi. Secara ekologis, praktik yang diterapkan telah memulai proses perbaikan kesuburan tanah dan pengurangan polusi residu kimia. Disimpulkan bahwa model pemberdayaan partisipatif berbasis Manajemen Green Economy efektif sebagai solusi konkret untuk mengatasi enfisiensi biaya dan mendorong transisi menuju sistem usaha tani yang lebih mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Keberlanjutan program dijamin melalui internalisasi pengetahuan, penguatan kelembagaan lokal, dan potensi penciptaan nilai ekonomi tambahan dari unit produksi mandiri.
