Penguatan Peran Ibu Rumah Tangga Dalam Diversifikasi Pangan Pesisir Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Bakso Ikan Terbang Di Desa Air Mancur

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Air Mancur melalui pelatihan pembuatan bakso ikan terbang. Masyarakat pesisir menghadapi permasalahan keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam mengolah hasil laut sehingga nilai ekonominya rendah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi hasil. Peserta dilatih mulai dari pengenalan bahan baku, teknik pengolahan, hingga pengemasan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah ikan terbang menjadi bakso sehat dan bergizi. Selain memberikan keterampilan baru, program ini membuka peluang usaha kecil berbasis perikanan yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan pangan lokal serta pemberdayaan ekonomi ibu rumah tangga pesisir. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan potensi lokal dapat menjadi solusi nyata dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus memperkuat nilai gizi dan sosial di tingkat keluarga.
